How to upgrade a Netpeak Spider or Netpeak Checker access from the Standard to the Pro plan.
To enable the Pro plan for Netpeak Spider or Netpeak Checker and use all the features, you can use one of the following ways:
1. If the subscription auto-renewal function is enabled, you need to go to the ‘Subscription’ section and choose the Pro plan for the next auto-renewal.
2. If the auto-renewal is disabled, you can wait until the current access expires and select the Pro plan for the next purchase.
3. If you don’t want to wait for the current access to expire, you can upgrade the Standard plan to the Pro now. To do it, go to the ‘Licenses’ section and click on the ‘Upgrade to Pro’ button located next to the selected access.
* The ‘Upgrade to Pro’ button might be disabled because of the following reasons:
- You are not the access owner.
- The access' status is not 'Active'.
- The access is expired.
- It's been less than 25 hours since the acess was activated.
- There are less than 24 hours left until the access expires.
** The ‘Upgrade to Pro’ button might be absent because of these reasons:
- The current access is expired.
- The current plan already provides access to the Pro plan.
- It is a gifted access.
How to switch a Netpeak Spider or a Netpeak Checker access from the Pro to the Standard plan
To switch from the Pro to the Standard plan, you can use one of the following ways:
1. If the subscription auto-renewal function is enabled, you need to go to the ‘Subscription’ section and select the Standard plan.
2. If the auto-renewal is disabled, you can wait until the current access expires and select the Standard plan for the next purchase.
It is not possible to switch the access from the Pro to the Standard plan in the middle of the usage period.
