Sometimes banks decline payments for security reasons. In such case, it’s usually enough to call your bank and approve that it was your decision to make this purchase.

Most common cases of payment decline:

  • Your card doesn’t support this type of purchases. Usually it’s enough to call your bank and ask for instructions how to use your card to pay in the internet.
  • Limit for internet payments is exceeded. You should call your bank and ask to increase it.
  • Transaction has been blocked by your bank for security reasons. Security department of every bank builds its own behavior models of suspicious actions. Sometimes internet purchases get trapped by these filters. You need to call to your bank and approve your actions.
  • Your card has insufficient funds. Please make sure you select right term and quantity of licenses.
