The most common reason for crashing the program is a conflict between Netpeak Launcher and antivirus. Try closing your antivirus and launch the program again.
Also, please check network settings on your device, perhaps, it connects via a proxy which causes a trouble with the access to our servers.
If the previous tips did not help you, try deleting all Netpeak Software products (here is how to do it), download the latest version of Netpeak Launcher and reinstall all products.
